This may have been talked about before but I understand it is easy to miss if you play Border Lands 2. Google Border lands 2 Minecraft and you will see a place in the game where they put some Minecraft stuff even Creepers that try to kill you.

If you want to find it on your own don't Google it. Good Luck.

There's plenty of little hints to other games/internet jokes, there's a fallout 3 joke of a gun, called the "Three Dog" and a double rainbow joke in the game too, those are just 2 I've found myself.

In fallout there is also a fridge in the dessert that has a whip , skeleton,satchel and cowboy hat in it. you will never guess what that's from.

I love the subtle refrences bethesda puts in their games, the Minecraft plug in Skyrim, and the star wars one in Fallout: New Vegas.
