Hey, for Christmas I can't really decide what I want :/

But I have decided on BLOPS 2 and a Surround headset, but I don't know which one or where to buy one?

(Sleepwalker!!)

I like the look of the Razer Tiamat 7.1 but is their anywhere cheaper I can get it other than the razer site? Also is the quality of it good?

Razer, and Logitech are the only two big brand names that make 7.1 that I know o, assuming we're talking for PC. Logitech G930 is a virtual 7.1 surround sound wireless headset with a surround, and non-surround mode. Haven't tried Razers headset, but I own G930s, I got them for 100 bucks witch was a STEAL of a deal, retail is around 180.

dont get tiamat. it is one of the worst headset ive used. really bad mic. direction isnt clear.

Logitech G930 is good. Corsair Vengeance 1500 and 2000 are both 7.1 <-- these are emulated 7.1

emulated 5.1 and actual 5.1 headset, Yes you can tell the difference

7.1 you can't speakers in the earcups are way too close so directions are mixed

if you must go real surround with multiple speakers in the earcup.

go for 5.1 not 7.1

Also there is something important that i have to talk to talk to me or puma before you buy BO2
