New laptop what do you think? was created by [BBF] Itchy

I went out and got me a new laptop or a NOTEBOOK. It is the ASUS Republic of Gamers G75VW. rog.asus.com/notebook/17-inch/g75vw/

I was told it was better than my desktop witch I feel would be hard to do (but it is 3 years old.

It has Windows 8 and so far I hate it. I got this new toy to go with my other new toy a GOPRO HERO3 Black edition. I hope I can get where I can run them both to make a few videos and add them to youtube someday.

So let me know what you think.

it should work, although the keyboard and mouse look like an external set are a must, and laptops generally have a shorter lifespan than desktops and of course can't be upgraded, you may also want to look into external cooling.
for individual specs
CPU-average speeds includes hyperthreading (good for editing stuff)
Ram-slightly low frequency but high amount for a laptop (will take slightly longer than average to access ram)
display & storage-Personal preference stuff
graphics card-Ranked 45th best laptop graphics card currently. (so it's an older card but should work with most stuff)
