"i run a dual internet connection with 2 10/100/1000 ethernet cards bridged"

Is Miller doing that as well? Might be worth trying to disable the bridge and see if it helps. Something easy to check anyway.

Your upload is slow for a cable connection. Might want to try resetting the modem and calling to get a new one if your upload speed is supposed to be higher.

ok after doing some checking into my router settings i came across an interesting setting. this setting controlled my upload speed. i changed this setting and tweaked it and ran the speedtest again several times. after changing the setting i was able to significantly increase my upload speed. heres the new results.

Much better! :) That might help a bit at least. Download speed is probably more important, but that upload was quite low before. You still have to send your gunfire to the server. ;)

I know with BF2 and BFBC2 both games I would lag HORRIBLE in and every other game I would be fine. You wouldnt even think I would lag. My issue was my router both times. Idk why it didnt effect any other game but once I changed my router I could play BF2 fine and years later when BFBC2 came out had the same issue changed the router and was fine so maybe give that a try.
