New Probationary Changes was created by [BBF]Vyndorn

Jr.Cadets and Recruits on probation may now visit the member world. They cannot build nor destroy. The point of adding this is so they can discover what is like to be a member, and look at the various cities etc.

They can not join towns at this time, and that will remain so. This is for the fact that theyre technically not members/cadets, and therefore dont deserve the luxury of towns.

If anything, this is kind of a teasing thing to get them a bit more excited and anxious to fully become a member/cadet.
