turtles are still in, and sorry you couldn't get in last night we've been having some issues with our host being a bit unreliable lately, hoping this is the last case of the server being down

The host has been moving hardware and doing alot of upgrades Latley which has caused everyone to have some terrible device

Patch 2.3 now out, due to minor world instabilities all players are requested to stay within
1000X -1000X 1000Z -1000Z, which gives a total player area of 2000X2000, plenty of space to hide your house in while still lowering server stress/adding interactivity between players.

Figured I'd throw this in here instead of making a new thread!

Behemoth MAY or may not be undergoing a massive overhaul(not sure yet) meaning mods that were once 100% locked in (IC2,TE,BC as examples) may be removed for a version, and return the version after, I believe this will present a new kind of challenge and gameplay model as these mods are quite stagnant and in some ways non interactive with other mods, it could be interesting to see a world void of electricity but thriving with danger new mods and rampant magic. Patch 2.4 will be coming sometime February and may be based on these ideals depending on player feedback.

TLDR
-Less "Smart Machines" like IC2
-More Danger, in the form of variety of mobs(no infernal mobs I promise)
-More Magic
-New Mods Maybe
-More Difficult Automation

Patch 2.4 is going smoothly, with features I've wanted to implement since the beginning finally being smoothed out and polished for release in early February. For those interested in seeing a current modlist as things progress please feel free to browse HERE for full details.

I've finished upgrading the Server to run on MCPC instead of Forge, this will allow Bukkit plugins to be used, the Server will continue running 2.3 with intermittent downtimes to test 2.4 features. Prior to the beginning of 2.4's full launch a "Creative Stage" will begin allowing player's to design buildings as they wish on a superflat world, these buildings may then be stored for rebuilding during the main game(pay materials to build a template), a creative world will also be available at all times for tinkering and template creation. Templates will also be shareable between players. Template Construction will NOT be an admin task, player's may freely create and activate templates as they wish(+/-abuse cases)
