So everyone keeps asking when things are going to be done so im going to try and answer everything now.

First off we are adding more portals then we have room for so i am going to copy the current portal room and build new to compensate the number of Portals we have. This may take a few days then when we decide to implement it all current portals need to be removed and new ones added this also means ill need to sit and spend alot of time adding each portal to the proper groups.

Second Shops are in place and will become active as soon as the new portal room is in place.

Third Arenas, Currently we have 1 decent arena built and are still adding to it. Tonight i plan on grabbing the world from the 1.3.2 server and copying the old Mob Arena so we have two mob arenas (may convert one into a PVP arena). We still need to setup classes for the arenas which also take lots of time thankfully we can get some of the old classes and re use then

Sounds great! Two mob arenas to chose from would be amazing as well. The pvp arena wouldnt need the sophistication of the redstone like the mob arenas do. Anyhow, looking froward to all these changes.
