I've opened the shopping district guys, while it currently hosts no shops Recruits and above are allowed to build here as well as create chest shops!
To access the area either type /warp ShopSouth or via the Emerald gate in the portal room!(there are 4 warps total North,South,East,and West)

The sohp District has grown due to popularity, the Northern district has opened up and is now available for use.
