That's right i have decided to deem the new server server 2.0 because its gong to be d twice the fun as all previous servers (at least i hope).

I am wanting to get some feedback and see what you all want. I think the last server i built 1.4.6-7 was one of the better ones as of late so i may be building a lot off of it so i wanted to redirect everyone to this thread.

The 1.4.7 server was not up as long as i would of wanted due to some unfortunate events but what did you all think of it?

I looked at the stuff on the link. I. Happy that freebuild is back. Will the members/cadets have our own world again?

Still not sure on anything Freebuild isn't a for sure thing right now either it all depends on what everyone wants to do.

Oh. My bad :P . Well, I'm looking forward to what everyone else comes up with. My vote goes to a Freebuild to minimize greifing and a Freebuild layout shop district, also to minimize greifing. A members/cadets on,y world and then a regular hard world. Without Lockette and Towny so nothing is safe. Add a little challenge.

What I REALLY want to see implemented (finally) is the arenas. We built those arenas with hard work and it took a lot of time and effort and I'd like to see them functioning and fun. I used to do arenas all the time in 1.2.5, so I miss them dearly and hope they are put in quickly

I would love three worlds

World 1: The main world where everyone (guests and cadets/members alike) live. The guests would be in a freebuild safe from griefing. Members (not guests) would build in the wild. During 1.4, i got sick of people complaining about their houses and chests being griefed because they built in the wild. They clearly notified not to build their for this reason, but didnt listen.

World 2: Lode Mines. Since guests would be unable to do anything in the wild except kill mobs (pvp illegal in the wild like in 1.3 and earlier) they can go hear to mine and gather other resources. Pvp would be 100% ok hear.

World 3: A server shops area and arenas. Server shops because when player shops were made, they were griefed daily. Arenas because every good server should have at least 1-2 arenas, and i was asked several times by guests if and when more arenas would be added.

I like the sound of C5's idea.

How would everyone feel about using the old 1.4.7 Freebuild on the new server? I have a save of Freebuild before any people moved in and changes were made and i believe it had close to 100 plots and everyone liked it.

Sounds good to me. Would it be possible to build in the wild out side the free build area?
