We eventually need to build shops for our server. I've already talked with several members some pros/cons of server shops vs player shops. Does anybody have any suggestions on how they should be set up, regulated, etc?

This is my idea: Cadets and members set up shops which all can access, and all the stock of said shops will be supplied by what you want to sell. Shops would be grief proof by being in their own isolated town. Members and cadets would join the town temporarily to make their shop, or modify it, and then leave once again. The only issue with my idea however is with player shops, nobody really sells stuff. Everybody is to worried about trying to sell their own products, nobody buys others. The economy just becomes stagnant.

As I said prior, if you have any of your own ideas or suggestions, please feel free to post them here. This is our server, we need everybodies help to fix it.

I think that once again we need to make a single store. The reason is because then people wouldn't be afraid to by other items that they aren't selling. Everyone wants to make a profit with their products without giving away their money to others, this way they wouldn't have to deal with that.

This obviously doesn't have to be done but it is my suggestion.

By single store, do you mean server controlled shops?
