As an extension of what Rhett was talking about last night, I have to agree with him. The raging in game or over TS about this game needs to go.

We've all had our fair share of games where we just couldn't stand that hecarim jungle or that Fizz who got to fed, but we should all be able to control our rage.

I'm not here to point fingers I just want to help lower the amount of rage that's been in the TS, so the next time this happens we can still enjoy the game together without the raging. One toxic teammate/ one raging teammate is all it takes to bring the entire party down.

What I've started to do is when I'm playing the game and start to rage, I turn my mic off/mute it. That way I can notice just how silly it is to get mad over just a game.

Another remedy is take a half hour to an hour break from league, go play another game (not league) that you find enjoyable or go outside and let the anger just be swept away. This greatly improves your gameplay performance when you come back.

Anyway if anyone else has any other ideas they would like to throw out, please feel free to write them down. Let's help end the raging together

I have absolutely been guilty of raging at this game myself, and I believe that's part of the nature of the game. What I want to see completely eradicated however is rage directed at clan mates. When something goes wrong and a specific clan mate gets called out or put down it can ruin their day. I don't want to see that happen in this division.

On a serious note...Maybe its because of my experience with League but normals are just...normals. I have learned that normals just do not matter and should be played to have fun and gain experience with either a build or a champion. I admit that I do get upset in ranked but I do not rage at my teammates I actually rage more at myself and how that one mistake of overextending costed me to lose my lane. I may think bad things about teammates but never say it to their face or take it out on them in game but sometimes I will be like "How is this dude Plat/Gold" but that is probably the worst on my end and that is in ranked, which is also why I solo que and not duo que with yall :P .

Sharkfist has some great suggestions but I would recommend if you want to still play with friends or just stay on league, Dominion and ARAM's are a great place to chill and have fun without having to be competitive! I will do the occansional ARAM to relax or just try something different. That or just take a breather from the computer if im that full of frustration.

Something that has really helped me with rage control lately is turning off all chat. It's hard to be bothered by a smack talking opponent when you can't see what they are saying.

My tip to everyone is that if you are playing ranked, mute everyone. Your team, and their team. Then you won't take the bullshiet people give you, from other parts! It helps alot and I know it myself.
And if you are full pre normal, just mute their team, it will help aswell, you won't read their cocky words telling you that you are bad!

And please remember that everyone have bad days on the game and irl, so don't complain about misstakes, it can destroy a persons day completly! Just keep it in mind guys and girls!

At the same time, if someone is giving or at least trying to give you helpful criticism or advice, humbly accept it. I'll be the first to admit that I am guilty of this. There are quite a few experienced players in BBF that know what they are talking about and just would like to help. To those who are giving criticism or advice make sure to be harsh or rude about it. Listening is always helpful to your play.
