Hey everyone, I noticed that as of 12:19 PST on August 7th, 2014, we have had 21 MEMBERS hit roll call. That is amazing! But I don't think I have met some of you in game yet. I thought I would start an introduction thread for the old and new members of the League of Legends Division! Start off simple with your name, maybe where you are from and how you started League of Legends. Also for the sake of officers or possibly your friends you can post what times you try to play so we can join you if you want us to! Feel free to add anything else you might want us to know about you or just feel like sharing because you are an amazing person.

I will start!

What's up guys, my name is Chris but my username is [BBF]Mobius (IGN: MobiusOne). I am a 20 year old college student from Northern California and have been playing League for about 4 years! Long time I know but I have taken breaks here and there but was active for a long time. Right now I am Gold 2 and my goal is to reach Platinum before the season is over!

My favorite role is top because it allows me to farm and deal with the opponent the way I feel I need to handle them. I also find that top is a lane I can hold fairly well depending on the game, usually if I mess up I can only blame myself, which is what I also like about top. I can play any role effectively so I generally fill in ranked, but I consider supporting my weakest role. I am so used to being aggressive by myself top that I forget i'm supporting sometimes. I also feel useless if my AD carry is not carrying and I feel I didn't do my job correctly. My favorite champion though? A toss up between Master Yi and Vayne, Master Yi was the first champion I ever played 4 years ago and I still love him. Vayne was the first AD carry I FELL IN LOVE WITH, she just felt so different at the time compared to other AD carries with her tumble(Q) being a completely new concept to the game at the time. She just felt amazing and my skills energized well with Vaynes kit so I did pretty good with her.

I mean this in a humble way, but I am a very experienced League player, I have been playing ever since Akali was released (look up that champion spotlight haha). But I try not to brag because I was bronze once when I first started, learned the ropes, gained much needed experience and as I quote the famous rapper Drake, "Started from the bottom now we here." I believe that I have 2200 normal wins with about 2000 losses or so, plus about 800-900 ranked games from the last few seasons so I have almost 5000 games under my belt. I am MORE than happy to answer questions, give advice, tips, build order, more questions, lore confirmation and semi-exclusive PBE (Public Beta Enviorment) insider information on what Riot Games is planning for the next patch! I really want my fellow BBF'ers to learn something new about the game so they can become great players. There is a lot to learn about this game but with enough time and effort (and maybe a little skill depending on the person ) you can hit Diamond in no time!

Hello all, I'm KingKrafter101, but most people just call me King. I'm 19 and going to college for computer science. Been playing League for about a year now, and I've been playing regularly since the release of Yasuo and I'm still terrible! :P Silver V OP!
My favorite role is the mid lane because of several key advantages that allow you to do well in the game for your team and the fact I feel that its one of the hardest lanes because of the easy jungle pressure that can be exerted on it. My favorite thing about going mid is the gold advantage you can generally get for your team, as the minions reach mid lane faster than other lanes, which allows you to get items faster and duel your mid lane opponent earlier. As long as you have your csing down mid lane is a very fun and engaging lane that I usually enjoy. I generally prefer mages in the mid lane like Ziggs, Heimer, or more recently Viktor, as magic damage feels more satisfying to me than attack damage, but I really love both Akali and Yasuo as they deal a very significant amount of damage if you get through early game and assassinate a few people. I'd say I'm good at any other position as well, though I'm definitely not a strong adc and I'm sure my jungling needs improvement.
Overall I'm a total noob though sometimes I think I'm a badass when I'm fed and building right! If you haven't already added me yet and you want to just add KingKrafter101 and I'll accept! Don't take me too seriously when I'm talking to you as I try to be sarcastic a lot.
Now other people post too so Mobius isn't so lonely!

Hey guys. I'm bobarian12215 (IGN: Envoy of Light). I joined because I saw Guardianxz playing it at his house one time. I got it on my computer and started off with Kog'Maw and Vayne.

From that point I became a decent League player, earning Silver V last month with a dream of going for Gold.

My favorite roles are top and jungle, but I can play the other roles decently, based on the champion I picked.
For jungle, I prefer Nocturne or Warwick. I like Nocturne's clear speed and his ability to quickly catch his enemies. I also like WW because his hard sustain and the ability to out duel many burst champions after they use their combos.

For top, I can say that I really enjoy Garen due to his hard sustain and his death-bush tactics. He can really tank any strong AD champ early game, and if he dominates, he can lead his team to victory. Zed can stay from danger and use his shadow to poke his enemies from afar. Teemo can take on slower AD champs and poison them thill they are no more.

I'm decent mid with Ahri and Diana, with Diana being the better of the two. However, my worst and least favorite roles are support and ADC. I'm selfish and don't like not getting farm as support but as ADC, i feel extremely reliant on my support to do anything.
