Really are you sure? I can run this game on my REALLY low end laptop. Make sure all your video settings are turned down and maybe consider running the game at a lower resolution. This game runs on pretty much anything as far as I've seen.

For some reason, it acts up something horrible with me, when it goes in between screens, the go black while the game continues on. On Can You Run It, it says my CPU is .5 away from being minimum requirements

The black screen thing is a glitch and in most cases requires you to reboot your computer. Concerning your CPU speed, maybe try running less things in the background? But hey man, if you can't run it, you can't run it, not much you can do i guess.
