So I run 3 +1.5% movement speed quints, +0.85 Attack damage Marks, +1.31 Magic Resist Glyphs and +1.41 armor seals on my yorick and my mordekaiser, along with other champs who will generally be solo.

My thoughts are that I was thinking about substituting the Movespeed quints for attack damage quints, but I don't know how much more (or less) I need movement speed. I usually grab meki pendant +2 pots at start, then a tear of goddess, then manamune, then situational boots and so on. Just to give you a sense of when I grab my reliable movement speed.

If I went for AD quints, this rune page wouldn't be too much for morde, so this would be solely for AD solo laners.

But the +8.5 AD on morde is for last-hitting and doing some nice damage with my Q. The ratio on it is really nice. 1.0 basic, and ~1.4 when enemy is alone.
Coupled with his strong /level Attack speed scale, a bit of AD on morde is a decent option. Not to mention it scales on his puppet from his Ultimate as well.

so are my runes fine or should I take more (or full) AD runes for my yorick? Someone told me that yorick with full AD runes is quite broken and I could really see why; his ghouls would actually wreck face early game.

Thoughts?

honestly i have 7 rune pages and i have one of each i have a full AD page for when i went to over whelm someone early game with a heavy damage champ such as yorick but on a normal basis i run Armor pen Quints and marks for the late game play and it will also increase your base damage slightly early game depending on the champ i etheir run mana regen per lvl for some sustain or attack speed if they dont use mana or arent mana dependant as for glyphs i will always go for the cool down runes most people like to run armor and magic resist for solo lanes i just feel like its unnecessary if you play your lane well and conservatively those are my thoughts.

But yeah by all means if you totally want to destory your lane early stack that ad but unless you get a lot of farm or fed your damage will fall off late game

Your runes are fine for Yorick. I don't like using splash on Mordekaiser. I'd replace your marks with Magic Penetration.

Mpen is cool, but I prefer cdr and mvspd. Morde and Yorick with blue buff and cdr runes are both Juggernauts!!!

i play neither of them. I IRELIA top or LEE SIN. But from what i can tell, those runes are okay, i agree with Ryze, replace the splash and put MPEN on Morde.
