Start Using the Forums - THE RIGHT WAY was created by TRIBUSH

People. Start using the Strategies and Tips section in this forum. This post is not appropriate for general discussion in League of Legends. Just be more apparent... We requested a guides section earlier in the creation of this division and if we don't use it right it could be removed...

I've been offline from the forums for like 3 days, i come back and the forums are spammed all to hell with topics and stuff concerning tips and strategies... Not only that but we have half the page of this forum filled with stickied threads that really don't need to be stickied....

Hav0k recruits can't see the Tips and Strats its only for full members.

Topics will be moved once the person is a full member.

Me and WackkyWang are the only people who can make sticky threads.

a little organization needs to be done then. the forums look gross.... why were the permissions to move/sticky/edit/etc given to the officers then removed all of a sudden?

I think the forums look fine. the Important Threads are at the top. The League of Legends forums is for everything even Tips and Strats for the public people so we can help them out if someone wants a thread they made moved/stickied they can ask me or WackkyWang in a pm or on TS.

Just so everyone knows sticky threads have to be somewhat informational
