I like that idea of a BR server, wasn't aware they were making one.. There a beta for us americans too though.

Yeh, the beta is fun to go on and try champs on that you haven't unlocked. TBH, it will be amazing to not have all the BR's who can't use teamwork because of the language barrier running around in ranked games. Love trying to understand what their crazy letters mean though :P

Just a FYI the beta server is no longer up as they took it down to put a live server up soon

I get more mad at people ripping on someone because their BR than because they are a bad player. Bad play and BR are not synonymous. Yes, the language barrier is an issue, but it is the same whether someone is from Mexico, Argentina, Alabama, or any other place that doesn't speak english as a primary language. Further, I've played games where no one said hardly anything, but we still worked as a team. It's all about knowing when/where to engage, etc, which comes with practice, no matter what language you speak.

Lastly, I think the fundamental issue with variant languages is simply that people don't play every game to get better, so something as small as a poor understanding of english derails other people who aren't very skilled at the game. I've seen a lot of people play and make the same mistakes over and over and over, game after game. I recommend downloading LoL recorder and watching your replays periodically. I do almost daily and I've found it's helped me realize my mistakes a lot.

Anyway, congrats BR players for your own server.
