This may seem like an odd suggestion, but how bout we start something of a little training team. Something for the lower level players to go to as they level up. IT could also serve as a place for the probation members to practice and get the feel for how the clan works. Not sure if this has been suggested before but I wanted to say something along those lines.

The practice team ain't a bad idea, but I'm not sure if it would make sense to tackle this before they appointed someone for the 2nd Lieutenant (Training Officer).

I'd like a similar training partner. I either roll Karthus mid, Lulu lane support, Varus AD lane.
