Now that Aatrox has been released what are everyone's impressions so far on him. Does he destroy you top/mid? Does he end up sucking arse? Do you see people going straight AD carry or does he go defensive? Or the most important question, is he OP or underpowered.

I feel like Aatrox is like...Fiora 2.0. High damage potential just like her, but with a little soft cc tossed in. I'd say he's "not bad". But he's just came out, so I'll save a serious judgement call for a month or so from now. ^_^

Haven't really had the chance to see one in an actual SR game yet. However, long ago when he was announced, I said that he looked like an amazing jungler with his sustain alone. I couldn't have been more right.

With a Doran's Blade (That's right...this guy doesn't need that wimpy Machete) start and Life Steal runes, Aatrox can stay in the jungle forever. With just a solo-run (no leashing), I managed to get to Lv4 at exactly 4 minutes. With a little help from teammates, I'm sure he can cut that time down a bit. I did try a jungle run with the Machete and managed to clear it faster at about 3:50, but the fact that you don't have to return to base for fear that his Blood Thirst won't heal him enough w/o potions is not a problem.

Perhaps if I ever have a day when my net isn't freaking out, I'd love to play him in the jungle.

[EDIT] I managed to get my solo clear w/ the Doran's Blade start down to 3:45 by taking Dark Flight at Lv2 instead of Blades of Torment. This way I can start jumping over walls even earlier.

His lifesteal is fun

From what I have seen of him he seems great. Like the right balance
