So it's has been unveiled. Lucian, an addition to the ADC role. Available to play in PBE. Looks pretty decent to me and adds something cool to the mix of ADC.

I can't wait to play Lucian he looks fun. No CC at all on an ADC worries me in the meta but he looks like he'll be fun to play regardless.

Hopefully he turns out to be better than Quinn. Quinn is good in lane but lacks in teamfights

Saying it now, AP lucian gonna be OP, people tested the ulti with 2.5 AS and managed to deal more than 10k damage with a build that was anyway. SotD seems to also work with the ulti. So it could be a must have to optimize ulti damage. He is gonna be built around it due to the dashing feature with it and his EXTREMELY low cd with it. Think a small target mf ulti but he can move as it shoots. Overall, I love the design of the champ. I really like that he is positioning centered, make him really good for teamfights. Most definitely gonna add him to my adc pool.
