ArmA II - DayZ

ArmA II - DayZ was created by [BBF]DeathAdder

DayZ is a mod being developed for ArmA II - Combined Operations, it's about zombies and in little over a month it has attracted almost 200,000 unique players despite still only being an alpha.

DayZ utilizes ArmA's open world gameplay to make a completely new experience in the zombie genre. It's an FPS that makes use of RPG features.

This mod is extremely good and I highly recommend it.
(Requires both ArmA 2 and ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead to play)

Man that looks epic. Do you have to buy ARMA CO or can u just download it? If it's F2P i'll definitely look into getting it as i don't like putting money into games that often (unless its LoL)

Meh, i think i own it, well it came installed with my computer but i bought my computer from a random online... might have been pirated which isn't good, is there any way to tell?

Everyone who's unsure and doesn't have ARMA II or the Expansion Arrow Head you need for it, it's 30 bucks total for the two, and Day-Z is TOTALLY Worth it. I love it, and play it whenever I can, I'd love to play with some BBF people. So if you can spend the little bit of money, or already own it. LETS PLAY IT :)

There is a way to play DayZ with only having bought Operation Arrowhead:

But on the whole it's easier and safer to just buy both on steam:

If you are able to play it online and don't randomly turn into a bird (Anti-piracy) then it's probably legal.

Okay, i'll have to check it out when i get home. If not it would be like 6-8 days before i got the game, since my paypal is in Canada and it takes FOREVER to transfer funds from my bank account to my paypal.
