My thoughts on DayZ 2017 was created by [BBF]Zodiac13

So I decided to go and try out 2017. After having to manually install the mod I found a nice white list server which has everything turned off to make things even harder. After a couple of hours of playing I have died twice, found a ax and some other gear, and have gotten sick from zombie bites. I started in Komorovo and have made it all the way to Stary now. When they said that loot was hard to find they were not lieing. You will see more tin cans and empty whiskey bottles then you would at a recycling center. Over all I love the feel of the game. It has more of a post apocalyptic feel to it then regular dayz. If you want to try it out and are not sure how to install the mod watch this video.

Is it BMRF? If so I have picked up a king hobo pack (24 slot but no weapons might be a bug) winchester, revolver, ax, map, matches, knife. Just need a compass and some food, which is very hard to find. I have yet to find a full soda or food can.

I found 2 cans of dog food during one of my lives. Yeah it is BMRF. You have matches,knife and ax go kill a animal for food.

That is my plan, just have to find one. It seems that the animal spawns haven't changed so I have an idea of where to look. I am near Berezino if you want to meet up.

Which server are you guys playing on? I'll try it out in a little bit.

Edit: I'm having now luck getting this to work. Fixed all the errors so far, but every time I get to the lobby it throws me back to the main screen with no error message.

We are playing on the Billy Mays Rememberance Foundation server. You have to join their forum BMRF.ME to get white listed.

we have been playing on 184.22.66.202:2315 - US.PR3 PR Gaming server. We have found a few winchesters and plenty of ammo for it.. One enfield and a mag for it... revolver and a few ACPs... lots of water bottles and i have yet to find any canned food... luckily i came across a couple corpses (that looked like they killed each other) and looted their tools and found some matches... so I can cook my own food (priceless on this mod). We have made it up to Stary... not a single bit of loot in the tents. Found binocs in the store, however.
