So you wanna be a Mayor and you want to build a town?

First you'll want to check to see if you can actually afford it...

-Town Costs-
Town: 35,000.00
Daily Rent: 500.00

Rent is collected every 24 server hours and sometimes twice if there is a server reset/update on an average month you are looking at needing at least 15,000 in order to keep your town up and running.

I have the monies Mr_DuCe, tell me how to get started!

-Your First Town-
Step 1: Go find a place to stake your claim on!
*Remember: Your town cannot be within 1,000 blocks of any other towns in the area, so choose a place far away from other cities if you plan on expanding!*

Step 2: Time to claim the land in the name of?
Enter into chat /Town new <town name> (Ex: /town new Awesomeville) CONGRATULATIONS you have now created a town!

Step 3: Set homeblock and spawn point!
/town set homeblock
/town set spawn
Every town has a spawn point which other members can teleport too using /town spawn <town name> so make sure you're spawn point is set where you want people to get the first impression of your new town! Your spawn point must be in the same 10x10 area of your homeblock and can be changed at anytime.
