Ok after talking to some people and sorting it out we have 3 set teams. So there is a few things that will be needed for all of this.

--One person per group needs Fraps and or LoL Recorder. -- This is to review games to see any mistakes made so that it can be changed for future games.

-- One or more person per group needs a livestream.
-- Min of atleast 4 practice games per team each week
-- Each team will decide within the team what roll they want to play and then STICK with that roll in the team so that you can master it.
-- Once a week a meeting will be setup with me and the Captains.
-- Would like if each player has atleast a min of 4 char for there roll ingame.

If you have any problems with any of your team members within your group please act like a adult and dont rage!! Come to me or Coop and we will look into things and take it from there. Your Captains roll is to lead you to victory to take charge and keep everyone motivated during the game. If your Captain makes any mistakes or making wrong choices in game please come to me after the game and i will look into it.

There is NO I IN TEAM so to work as one unit there needs to be good team work. Good Teamwork comes from practicing together and learning your team members play style. James isA Ninja is Captain for team3, Tansen is for Group1 and Me for group2.

Captains are not to setup any major comps without my go ahead on it. I would like everyone to have some good practice with team mates in there group so that everyone can learn each other and play styles.

Wackky, I just wanted to address one thing, 4 practises might be a lot depending on some peoples work/person schedules because some weeks this summer I have close to full time hours, and such, I think 3 might be more realistic just because of everyone's time constraints. Not to mention it's like middle of the night for me when it's mid morning, and vicea versa for Dammo for at least Me, Bean, and Stryker

Any particular reason the teams changed? Just curious.

Is Blueshadow level 30 yet? Is it the other Shadow lat's level 15? I GET CONFUSLED!

The teams were swtiched because wacky talked to more people, and we were able to get enough people for 3 full teams

Dang, I was looking forward to OnDebit's support. He and I have good synergy. Any chances of getting him back on Team 2? If not, it's all good in the hood. I'm easy!
