Evelyn:

Shadow Walk (Passive): While out of combat, Evelynn enters stealth causing her to be detectable only by nearby champions or true sight. Additionally, Evelynn rapidly regenerates Mana while stealthed.

Hate Spike: Evelynn fires a line of spikes through a nearby adversary, dealing magic damage to all enemies caught in their path.

Dark Frenzy:
Passive: Evelynn’s spell hits grant her a stacking Movement Speed buff.

Active: Evelynn breaks free from any slows affecting her and gains a massive Movement Speed boost for a short duration.
Champion kills and assists refresh Dark Frenzy's cooldown.

Ravage: Evelynn slashes her target twice, dealing magic damage with each strike and gaining a massive Attack Speed boost for a short duration thereafter.

Agony’s Embrace: Evelynn impales all enemies in a target area, dealing magic damage based on their maximum health and slowing them. She then gains a shield based on how many enemy champions she hit.


Twitch:

Deadly Venom (Passive): Twitch’s basic attacks infect the target, dealing true damage over time.

Ambush: Twitch becomes invisible for a short duration and gains Movement Speed. At the end of this effect, Twitch gains Attack Speed for a short duration.

Venom Cask: Twitch hurls a cask of venom that explodes on contact, slowing targets in the area and applying Deadly Venom.

Expunge: All nearby enemies secrete Twitch's Deadly Venom from their bodies, dealing damage for each stack.

Spray and Pray: Twitch closes his eyes and rapidly fires his crossbow, quickly spraying powerful poisoned bolts ahead of him.


Thoughts?

I think the Evelyn "perma stealth" passive is pretty cool, as is her new ult.

Twitch seems like he's going to be much more dangerous with all of his poison.

I am liking the whole "Perma-stealth" idea for Eve. Just not sure how well it will work for her in game. Let's hope her new kit will compensate for it all. I can imagine her being scary good in the jungle though. Everyone will have to ward their rivers with Pink Wards if she happens to be playing.

I guess I really can't tell much of difference from what they're doing with Twitch. I guess is stealth is way more tactical now instead of staying stealthed for a long time and then popping out of nowhere. I am excited to hear that his poison will scale into the late game though. That's where he really fell off unless he was fed early on.

Pretty nice changes all around if you ask me. Hopefully this patch won't be accompanied by some massive server crash. xD

I feel like the twitch change will be nice. since he will rely on stealth less and have more bang, he can actually take his roll as ADC to what it needs to be. Also, he will be less of a pain in the ass in my low ELO matches where people don't know how to handle him

I would have to actually see Evelyn at work since I haven't played her and I'm not sure what all of her abilities did/were.

Honestly, I'm looking forward to the Twitch remake. I love twitch. Always been a fan of being able to sneak up on someone, kill them and get away. Also always been a fan of ranged. So the mix of the two is just up my ally. Unfortunately, he was one of the squishiest AD Carries, and you were always wanting to not take too many chances coming out of stealth because of it. His Expunge was also just useless late game. Especially against anyone even semi tanky.
Now he's getting a base stats buff, so no more being as squishy, his expunge scales well and it no longer removes the stacks of poison. So on those not-so-often occurrences they get away after the expunge, they still take damage. Really looking forward to it. I have heard the stealth is a little too short now though, which wouldn't surprise me. I expect quite a few tweaks to both Twitch and Eve before it's all said and done.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that the need to stay stealth for a long time to get the maximum attack speed increase is no longer there either. You automatically get that max now. Which is another reason to not stay in stealth for too long and be in the fray a bit more. To be honest, he was also kind of useless in late game team fights unless the enemy was all stacked on top of one another in a bush.
