In regard to my post that a made about using game modes as tool (Seem to have been removed from the forums now) I would like to repost it as a guide to team practices based on theorycrafting and my recent talk with some of LoL NA higher Elo Players.

I ask permission for LoL highers to post this, as the last 2 weeks I have been researching diffrent methods and such. I know my skill at LoL are a bit lackluster but a believe that my theory might give new perspective on "Practice" for Teamplay/overall performance for people look to improve their gameplay.

As such I post this.

-I played 8 years on a competitive level (local Level) in the fighting genre, 3 of which I ran a team
-I have worked in several different places as a Train coach and develop different training materials.
-Help run track and field and basketball as a coach.
