Just a head up for people testing on the P.B.E server and have not gotten on withing the last few days. They are currently testing a new program for the Korean server. It called the "PC bang System". Basically due to the fact that many of them play from "Internet cafes" PC bang (The company) Is rewarding player for playing at their cafe by giving them a "Reward". Currently the Reward is 20% IP boost and allowing all Champs to be Free to Play for them (Not unlocking as they still need to unlock them if they want them from home).

The reason I posted this is anyone feel like testing a champ they currently do not own it be the best time as everything is unlocked at this time.

The system is OK I think, it doesn't really give much more than what others get, some of the people don't have access at home to play the game so this offers a way to make some more IP to get champions they cant normally "grind" for.

The idea actually for this was for people to play at the Cafe vs home. The incentive was that you get all champs to play and the 20% ip boost playing at a cafe vs playing at your account from home. The cafe charges by the hour to play games for most game that they "Sponsor".
