I know, the first thing you wanna do is look at all these new shiny items and immediately build them all. While these items for (for the most part) are not BAD, persay...but neither are they core. ADCs builds are still optimal with the old items you used, with the exception of Teemo and MAYBE Corki. At best, some of these are situational. Lets go down the list shall we?

Statikk Shiv: +%40 Attack Speed
+%20 Crit Chance
+%6 Movement Speed
UNIQUE Passive: Moving and attacking build Static Charges. At 100 Charges, your next attack expends the Charges to deal 100 magic damage to up to 4 targets. This damage can critically strike.

At first glance, it seems like a decent item. But the only item it really trades off for is Phantom dancer, and you lose %10 of your crit chance, and %10 attack speed. The 100 magic damage on a full charge isnt worth less crits with your IE.

Mercurial Scimitar: +60 Attack Damage
+45 Magic resist
UNIQUE Active - Quicksilver: Removes all debuffs from your champion. If your champion is Melee, this item also grants 50% bonus Movement Speed for 1 second - 90 second cooldown.

This has potential! But its very situational. Its not worth it to sacrifice any of your first 5 items for, but if theres an enemy Malzahar or WW thats kicking your ass, this could be just the thing. But again, VERY situational.

Runaan's Hurricane: %70 Attack Speed
UNIQUE Passive: Your basic attacks fire minor bolts at 2 nearby targets, each dealing 10 + 50% of your Attack Damage. These apply on-hit effects.

Could be fun. Decent farm tool. But there is nothing on this item that makes up for the loss of your phantom dancer, BT, or IE. Nor does it replace your LW. Probably the worst item for AD carries this season, IMHO. Barring Muramana, that is.

Zephyr: +20 Attack Damage
+%50 Attack Speed
+%10 Movement Speed
+%10 Cooldown Reduction
UNIQUE Passive - Tenacity: The duration of stuns, slows, taunts, fears, silences, blinds and immobilizes are reduced by 35%

Pretty sexy item, if you ask me. Unfortunately, this is geared more towards AD Casters, such as Talon, or Zed, or Kayle. As an ADC, you'll find yourself more often than not just autoattacking, so the CDR isnt worth taking over say...a GA. Still a nice item though. The Tenacity is kinda useful.

Also, on a side note...The new Black Cleaver works pretty well with ADCs right now. But its getting nerfed so...we'll have to see.

I actually like the Runaan's Hurricane for kog maw because it procs with his W. But late game i usually sell it if i can. And actually Muramana is not bad on sivir but not until mid to late game. Other that I don't find the other new items very useful on a regular game basis.

hurricane is not great on kog. the range of the item does not match the range on his w. so if you are playing kog correctly the hurricane is inneffective. but hurricane is very good on twitch and varus. varus for the procs of his passive w along with giant aoe dmg burst when using skills. twitch because you are effectively hitting 15x with 1 shot when your ult is on and if your hitting all 5. so in 3 shots you can penta if the initial calculation is a crit.

i also feel muramana has been bad for adc's. most of the champs its "good for" are mid game champs. (sivir, urgot) and the muramana isn't gonna be transformed till late game and become kinda useless
