This morning i received an E-mail from Jester our current server provider and in about 3 weeks he will be rebuilding his home network and in doing so he will no longer be able to support our Minecraft server. Jester has been hosting our server for almost 2 years without asking for a dime and was always there to help when we needed it.

I will be looking into maybe finding a new host but the price isn't cheap and will cost between 40-60 USD per month and i myself cannot support that for a long period of time.

We have until about the 11th of June until the server will be shut down.

If you feel you would like to help please PM me and i will see how you might be able to help and keep this division alive.

Going to need member support to keep servers running. Unfortunately it's always on the backs of a few to cover the costs yet soo many enjoy the benefits of their hard earned money. Please consider putting back a few $'s here and there and then when you can, make a donation to the game or games you play that have servers privately hosted.

Speaking of donations, I will start by making another donation to clanbbf's TS. Please do what you can to save up and donate to the minecraft server if/when Chaser is able to find the right one and has the feedback from you all that he needs.

lol, when did the TS donation link now limit to certain price ranges Chaser? I was going to toss $10 in again but the limit is more than that... Ouch.

I am not sure. Hisgun still runs the TS and currently all the donations go right to the TS provider and not to Hisgun you may be able to PM him and maybe money order the money to him but not sure.

I have found a server provider i really like (cheap prices with benefits) however as i said i am waitinf n a few people to respond to E-mail /posts before i continue with the purchases.

I would plan on setting up a paypal for the MC server and maybe offer special perks for donations. Like i said time will tell.

I would donate however right now (for a while) i will not have much money as I am doing a trip to Borneo to do charity work out there and help the people, which i have to raise £4,000 to go :/ so i can't donate sorry otherwise i would.

I feel really bad that I can't donate. If I did have any moneys to donate, I would asap.

OK, I just talked to a light speed person (TS people) and they say the donation system only works on how much our monthly charge is ($18.50 a month) even if we have paid up a few months ahead. We have had a smaller slotted system and paid less in the past. But now with the 50 person TS we are at $18.50 a month. I have seen people pay more than that and Speed of light took that without issue... Seems more is OK be less is not. Sounds about right for the way things work now days. To me any money is good but then I'm not King of the world..... YET Muhahahaha. Maybe if anyone who wants to make a donation under the $18.50 can put it in for the new Minecraft server.

If we do get a new server lined up make sure people have a way to donate, a link or something.
normally the GC is the guy doing all this and taking care of the server issue.. Humm being out of the loop hurts my brain. Good luck.
